Because our baked goods are freshly made, perishable, and often customized, we have a few policies in place to ensure a smooth experience for both our customers and our kitchen.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the policies below.

Orders are confirmed once full payment has been received.

We accept secure online payments through trusted payment processors. Full payment is required before an order is scheduled for preparation.

Since our baked goods are made fresh and often customized, we recommend placing orders in advance whenever possible.

Availability may vary during holidays or high-volume seasons.

Custom desserts are designed specifically for your order.

Inspiration photos are always welcome; however, exact replicas cannot be guaranteed. Each item is handcrafted, and slight artistic variations may occur.

Once a custom order has been confirmed and ingredients have been reserved, the order may not be modified or cancelled within the cancellation window.

All orders must be picked up during the scheduled pickup window provided at the time of ordering.

If you anticipate being late, please contact us as soon as possible. While we will do our best to accommodate delays, we cannot guarantee product quality or availability outside the scheduled pickup window.

Orders not picked up within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup time may be considered abandoned and may be donated or discarded.

Since our baked goods are made fresh and ingredients are purchased specifically for each order, cancellations are limited.

• Orders cancelled more than 72 hours before the scheduled pickup time may receive a full refund.
• Orders cancelled within 72 hours of pickup are non-refundable.

Due to the perishable nature of baked goods, refunds are limited. If there is a concern with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of pickup so we can review the situation.

Refunds or replacements may be considered when an issue results from a bakery error, such as receiving the wrong item or a confirmed preparation mistake.

All refund decisions are made at the discretion of Momma Bri’s Little Batch Bakery.

Our baked goods are delicate and temperature-sensitive. Once an order has been picked up, the customer assumes responsibility for proper transportation, handling, and storage of the product.

Momma Bri’s Little Batch Bakery cannot be responsible for damage, melting, spoilage, or product issues that occur after the order leaves our possession.

Momma Bri’s Little Batch Bakery offers some gluten-free options due to the owner’s personal gluten allergy. We take extra care when preparing gluten-free items and make every effort to reduce the risk of cross-contact during preparation. However, our kitchen is not a certified gluten-free facility.

Our kitchen regularly handles ingredients including:

• Peanuts
• Tree nuts
• Soy

While precautions are taken to minimize cross-contact, we cannot guarantee that any product is completely free of allergens. Customers with severe food allergies or sensitivities should use their discretion when ordering.

All items are handmade in small batches. With this, slight variations in color, decoration, size, and appearance may occur.

Momma Bri’s Little Batch Bakery operates as a Mississippi cottage food bakery. Due to Mississippi cottage food regulations, products cannot be shipped or delivered through mail carriers. All sales must be completed directly with the customer within the state of Mississippi.

Orders are available for scheduled local pickup only.

All applicable cottage food labeling requirements are followed. Products are produced in a home kitchen that is not inspected by the Mississippi State Department of Health.

Packaged items will include the required statement: Made in a cottage food operation that is not subject to Mississippi's food safety regulations.
